Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, tires must be:

  • Unused and unmounted
  • Not driven on
  • Free from damage, markings, or signs of installation
  • In original, resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please confirm your tire size and fitment before placing your order.

If you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong product, or simply changed your mind:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Our tire prices may include shipping. If shipping was included in the advertised purchase price, the actual shipping cost we incurred to deliver your order will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any additional shipping charges related to the return are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend contacting us before returning any tires so we can provide return instructions and, where available, discounted shipping rates.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong product due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we confirm that we shipped an incorrect item:

  • We will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
  • No original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • We will provide a full refund or, where agreed, arrange for the correct product to be sent.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the tires, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage so we can review the claim.

Do not mount or use a tire that appears to be damaged or defective.

Mounted or Used Tires

Tires that have been mounted, installed, driven on, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned under our standard return policy.

This does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply to a verified manufacturing defect or warranty claim.

If you believe a tire has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, photos, DOT information, and a description of the issue before disposing of or continuing to use the tire.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the tires.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For returns that are not caused by an error on our part, the refund will be calculated as:

Amount Paid − Original Actual Shipping Cost − Other Applicable Non-Refundable Charges

Return shipping paid by the customer is not reimbursed.

Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for us to process your refund. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or model:

  1. Request a return for the original order.
  2. Return the eligible tires according to this policy.
  3. Place a new order for the correct product.

The new order is treated as a separate purchase and is subject to the current product price and shipping terms.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped or picked up by the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled as an unshipped order. If eligible, it must be handled as a return and the applicable shipping costs described in this policy will apply.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before sending any product back.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned tires are properly packaged and safely shipped back to us.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during customer-arranged return shipping.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for standard returns unless the item received was incorrect, damaged in transit, or subject to applicable legal or warranty rights.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Canadian or provincial consumer protection laws.
