We want you to love your tires. Your first purchase is backed by our 30-Day Ride or Return Guarantee:

Mount them, drive them, and try them for up to 30 days.

Not satisfied? Return them for a full refund.

You only pay the return shipping cost (discounted rates available).
Standard Return Policy
For all other orders (not part of the 30-Day Guarantee), returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if:
✔ Tires are unused, unmounted, and not driven on
✔ Returned in original condition and packaging

If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping.

For all other reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

No returns for mounted, used, damaged, or late items.
Refunds

We’ll inspect returned items and notify you by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No refund showing? Check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
